Postnatal Mums – These programs are suitable for 8 weeks postnatal or 12 weeks after c-section. PLEASE follow the Postnatal recommendations on the workouts and core alternatives. If you are unsure if its right for you or suffer with diastasis recti (abdominal separation) please reach out to me personally via the contact me page.
