Series 2 Online Fitness Pilates

During my 2nd series of online classes I will be using a mini Pilates ball and resistance band loops.

I love using the Pilates ball and bands they allows me to added additional benefits to the exercises. The ball helps you engage muscles better, in particular your core and deep inner abdominals. The bands allow me to add resistance to help you progress in exercises, giving you better progess.

‘Summer 6’

I do use a very small amount of equipment- 1 Kg Dumbbells (pair) & Resistance Bands and/or Glute Bands. Glutes bands are fabric bands, resistance bands are rubber loops. I use the resistance bands for upper and lower body exercises. However I am aware some people prefer Glute bands (fabric) when using them on the legs above the knees, this is personal preference not requirements.
