Welcome to my new booking system I have decided to update how to book my classes to bring new benefits to both you as a customer with discounted bundles and passes and myself with hopefully less admin (I can hope right lol)

Class Packages

4 Class Bundle £25 – If you do 1 class a week this is perfect for you… 4 classes with up to 5 weeks to use them. Not only does this give you a discount but it makes booking multiple classes much easier.

Booking your space in classes is required but if you can’t make a week don’t worry you can choose any class within the 5 weeks or purchasing*. *Classes can be transferred, when cancelling prior to 24hrs of the class starting. Cancellation within 24hrs of the class is not eligible for a class transfer.

Unlimited Monthly Pass £48 – Yes, UNLIMITED! If you attend 2 classes a week this pass is for you. This class gives you unlimited classes over 30 days-from purchasing. You are still required to book your space and if you can no longer make a classes I do ask that you do cancel to allow anyone one a waiting list a chance to attend instead.

PLEASE NOTE: For set up reasons monthly passes purchased prior to October 1st will be valid for 33 days. This is to allow for extra time to register and adjust to the new booking system before classes resume on October 1st. Monthly passes purchased from October 2nd onwards will continue to be valid for 30 days

Pay As You Go £6.50 – As always pay as you go is always an option and I know for many of you this is more suitable. Cancellation- PAYG bookings are non transferable or can not be refunded. If a class is cancelled by myself for unforeseeable reasons. I will offer a class credit or refund.

Waiting Lists

On my new booking system waiting lists for all classes will now be available. Should there be a cancellation, you will be notified in order of the waiting list to be able to book.

Register to book

The first time you use the system you will be required to register and then complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). This is a required document when joining a fitness class to ensure the instructor you are well and ready for fitness. This new system allows me to have the information stored digitally so should there ever be an emergency in class I am able to contact someone on your behalf and assist any medical teams with vital information.

Select packages to choose the best option for you, see below

Log in with the details you signed up with, or click REGISTER to get started.

Choose a package which is best for you

Monthly pass or 4 class bundle

Once you have a pass/bundle, select the SCHEDULE, Click full calendar/month required

Click the DATE you wish to book

Choose the class you want to book

Click to book

For the first booking you are required to complete a PARQ, once received you will no longer see this message but instead be able to pay/complete the booking as below

Complete the payment/booking
