2- In-person PT

I offer in person session at BRIXX gym in Brigg, these are great if you are wanting to work 1-1 with a PT in the gym. I will create programs for you to work with me and independently (if you wish) at the gym. All workouts are tracked through my personal app and includes my recipe e-books and meal plans. Brixx gym offer day pass for non members as well as a monthly membership.

3- Online Coaching

All workouts and communication online via my personal app to allow you the full flexibility to train around your schedule. All programs include video demonstrations for the exercises, tutorials on how to track workouts and progress, weekly check ins and includes my recipe e-books and meal plans.

4- Hybrid Coaching

The perfect combination of online coaching plus 1x In-person session per month. This allows you the flexibility to train around your schedule over the month but allows me to help you with your form and technique in the gym. All sessions are at BRIXX gym and we offer day passes for non members
