This class is designed on what I feel ‘I would want’ during a relaxation class. My aim was to create an environment that felt like a relaxation sanctuary from the moment you walk in, with the aim to relax the mind and ease tension from the body whilst empowering your inner strength through guided relaxation. - Relaxing essential oils and soothing spa like music
- Body alignment and breathing techniques to reset the body
- Stretch Pilates to ease out muscular tension and open the joints
- 15 min guided relaxation for Spring to release negativity, empower the mindset and fill the mind with gratitude whilst under a warm blanket
- Closing with a warm tea whilst we ‘wake up’ and come back into room

This ‘pop up’ class is located at Brixx Gym in their private studio.

Please allow for 1hr & 15 mins bring a blanket and wear comfy clothes, (no mat required)
