New to lifting or wanting to improve your technique…this is the workshop for you!
Lifting weights in your training is a vital when wanting to strengthen muscles, help prevent injuries and aid weight loss when following a nutrition plan. Getting started can be daunting and overwhelming when you’re not sure if what you are doing is correct.
I have created my Lifting & Stretch workshop to help beginners get started and for those with experience to improve their knowledge and technique. Working with a small group allows me to give you more 1-1 focus and the addition of a private studio at Brixx gym, creating the perfect relaxed environment.

Workshop Breakdown
- Welcome, introductions & a simple warm up
- How to set up the barbell and the weights available
- Lifting time: starting with lower body exercises, upper body, followed by core & full body (approx 2 hours)
- Break – including a delicious protein shake made to order at Brixx gym
- Stretch Pilates: going through stretches to help prevent DOMS and allow the body to release tension
- Final discussion to talk through how to create your own workouts and answer any questions.
