As an instructor, I’ve been developing my training so I can help more women strengthen their core and pelvic floor. Over the past few years, working with women going through menopause & mums (no matter how old their children are) I’ve realised there is not enough support available in learning to strengthen these areas the right way.

What we should be focusing on are small, easy-to-fit-in exercises we can do frequently and consistently throughout our daily routine. Consistency is key, but I understand that life is busy and time is limited. That is why I have created a master class designed to help you understand how these exercises should feel and which small exercises you can do to support your core and pelvic floor. Just a few minutes of these exercises can make a big difference.

In-person or online exercises? Which is right for me?

I have 2 options to be able to support you in strengthening your core and pelvic floor, knowing that not everyone lives locally or can attend my classes. It is important to me that you continue these exercises at home with the correct form which is why I have created the online exercises you can follow at your own pace.

IN-PERSON £12 – In person, this is a small group class. I’ll break down the breathwork, showing you how to use your breath to activate your core and pelvic floor. Followed by specific core and pelvic floor exercises including both standing exercises and floor/mat work. I’ll guide you through each one and offer adjustments as needed to ensure you’re doing them safely and effectively. During the class you have opportunity to ask any questions you may have to help you further.

INCLUDED in the price you’ll receive the ONLINE EXERCISES for continued home practice.

ONLINE EXERCISES £10– For those looking to practice independently, I’ve pre-recorded the exercises covered in the masterclass for you to follow along at home. These are the exercises taught during the masterclass but for you to be able to follow at home with me giving the form. The exercises come in 2 formats, a full recording so you can follow them in sequence, & individual exercise videos you can choose based on your needs NOTE: this option provides access to the exercises only not the full masterclass
