FitSteps is an energetic, upbeat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite strictly dances. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results, it’s suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a partner.

Mummy & Mini- Postnatal Fitness

Mummy & Mini is a postnatal fitness class designed to help you regain strength & stamina after pregnancy. Exercises are low impact, use resistance bands or low weights. With a focus on core engagement & pelvic floor strengthening.

Meet & socialise with new mummies, improving your physical and mental health with your baby by your side.

Classes are suitable from 8 weeks or 12 weeks after a c-section, own mat required.

I’ve been attending Mummy & Mini for about 6 months and can see such a positive difference to my form, my core, my fitness and confidence.

Fitness Pilates- In-person & Online Classes

Fitness Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. In my classes I concentrate on improving 5 key elements- muscle strength, flexibility/mobility, core control, posture & balance.
