1-1 In-Person Coaching

- Have full access to my app to see your workouts, progress and track your nutrition with guidance and access to my online recipe e-books.
- Available as pay per session or a block of 4.


Online Coaching
- Train from anywhere at home or a gym of your choice with a personalised program designed for your goals.
- Have the flexibility of training around your schedule with workouts to cater to your lifestyle.
- Using my app to see your workouts with all exercises detailed with reps & sets including a demo video for additional guidance – please note this does not involve live online sessions.
Hybrid Coaching
- Combine the best of both worlds with online coaching for it’s flexibility complemented by in-person sessions for your guidance & confidence. 1 in-person session per month included in the package with more available if desired.
- Ideal for those who want the structure of face-to-face coaching with the convenience of online access.
