following?

● Heart disease
● Any cardiovascular (heart) problems
● Chest pains brought on by physical exercise
● High or low blood pressure
● Dizziness or fainting
● Asthma or other respiratory problems
● Epilepsy
● Type 1 Diabetes
● Long covid complications

Are you currently on any medication for blood pressure or heart conditions?
Do you have or are you currently suffering from any of the following?

● Bone, joint or muscular problems, any pins or plates
● Current injuries or illnesses
● Recent surgeries


Are you pregnant* or have you had a baby in the last 6 months?

If yes please ensure you have been cleared for exercises. if you require additional support/advice from Laura (pre & postnatal fitness specialist) please contact her here
Please note if you become pregnant during your membership please make me aware so we can discuss safe
exercise during pregnancy (to be discussed in confidence)
